Eligibility

• Same Day Delivery is available for select Sydney suburbs only.

Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders must be confirmed and paid in full by 1:00pm (AEST) to qualify for Same Day
  Delivery.

Delivery Window

• Eligible orders will be delivered by 6:00pm on the same day.
• Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

Additional Fee

• A flat fee of $40 applies for Same Day Delivery.
• This fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure someone is available at the nominated delivery address to receive the dress.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, re-delivery fees may apply.

Exclusions

• Same Day Delivery is not available on public holidays.
• Limited slots may apply; availability is confirmed at time of booking.

By placing a hire order with Style Stash, you (the "Customer") agree to rent the selected garment(s) for the agreed hire period and to comply with these Terms.

All bookings are made directly through our Shopify website.

Full hire payment is required at checkout to confirm your booking.

A 25% refundable security deposit is automatically added to every booking.

Your hire period is confirmed once checkout is complete and you receive a confirmation email.

A 25% deposit is held to cover late returns, significant damage or excessive wear.

The deposit is fully refunded once the dress is returned on time, unworn beyond your event, and in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of inspection.

All hires are for 4 days unless stated otherwise.

The return date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

If you need a longer hire, please contact us prior to booking.

Late returns will incur a fee of $10 per day

Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Flat $30 return-shipping fee added at checkout.Includes express delivery to you + prepaid express return back to Style Stash.

You will receive a prepaid return satchel with your order.

You are responsible for posting the dress back on the first business day after your hire period ends.

Local Pickup / Drop-Off (Sydney)

Free local pickup and drop-off is available.

Pick up location is in Winston Hills NSW 2153

Pickup times are arranged after booking.

Drop-off must be made on the agreed return date and time.

Same-Day Delivery (Sydney)

Available for select suburbs (refer to Same-Day Delivery tab)

Same-day hires must be returned via drop-off, not shipping.

Professional dry cleaning is included in your hire fee.

Do not attempt to wash, iron or alter the garment.

If an item is returned damaged, stained beyond repair, or not returned at all, the customer will be charged up to the full RRP (Recommended Retail Price) of the garment.

Fees will be assessed at our discretion based on the extent of damage.

Minor wear is expected.

Charges apply for:
- stains that cannot be removed

- tears, holes, or missing trims

- stretching of fabric

- fake tan, makeup or perfume damage

- unapproved alterations


Alterations such as taking up hems, pinning, taping, or cutting fabric is strictly prohibited.

Late returns impact upcoming bookings.

A $25 per day late fee applies for every day past your due date.

If the dress is not returned within 5 days, the full retail replacement value will be charged.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the hire date are eligible for a credit or refund .

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within [7 days] of the hire start date.

If your event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, weather), please contact us — we may offer a credit at our discretion.

No refunds apply if:
- an incorrect address is provided

- delivery is missed

- the parcel is unable to be delivered due to customer error

Redelivery can be arranged at your cost.

Garments must be worn with reasonable care.

The customer agrees not to alter or lend the garment to others.

Style Stash is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damage caused by the use or failure of the garment (e.g. allergic reactions, wardrobe malfunctions, etc.).

We collect personal information to process your order. Your details will be handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Style Stash reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
